That will stop them from coming down under pressure.
You should exist able to apply the jack mounting bolts to run 2 vertical brackets. Then connect a horizontal piece under the jack with bolts. Garage door opener brackets take a lot of holes which helps and they should exist a lot stronger than the wire.
The pump should be off while traveling but with no power you would know for sure. Leaking valve could be another crusade.
AFWIW - Q may be the closest location but have your eyes open equally to their quality. A certified tech may/may not really know the product.

Another possibility might exist to remove the jacks and cap the hydraulic lines??? I'd want Lipperts input on that because the other jacks.
As well wondering if each jack has 1 or 2 hydraulic lines?

1. Lippert jacks systems are power up and power down and have static pressure on the jacks ALL THE TIME, regardless if the pump will run. That means the OP has a VALVE at the pump that is leaking internally and causing the pressure to extend the jack. Practise the jacks ONLY extend while in transit? IF you leave the trailer connected to the truck and do NOT extend the jacks, will they extend overnight? This is the service/owners manual for your system. LOOK below FIG 8 at those "Blocking Valves". I believe you either take defective valves or they are NOT prepare correctly with the Allen wrench. Doug

OP If you do anything to the jacks it could void the warranty.
With that in mind: Check the valve spiral with the allen wrench per Doug.
Observe a mode to secure them up, with a pic you might get some ideas, this might exist your all-time choice. How well-nigh 2 2x4s on the roof and under the jacks with strong vertical bracing?
Heighten them and secure with supports, and so remove the lines and plug the jacks. It appears to be a different circuit from the other jacks so they shouldn't be afflicted. All the same this could introduce air and might not work.
Accept someone replace the valve at your location and probably kiss the warranty goodby.
See if the tech has a solution.
How near some kind of temporary second manual pump only to get you to the repair facility?
While there are apparent justified problems with some LCI pumps my experience was positive. Oil leaked into the motor (bad design) and it would not work - with a slide out. There transmission procedure didn't piece of work considering they replaced the hex setup with a nut that unscrewed with the drill - bad design. Eventually I was able to jam the nut and become the slide in.
With one calendar month out of warranty they after a long conservation about their design they sent me a redesigned replacement pump (no accuse) which I installed. Meliorate designed and less motor noise then I take no complaints about LCI after one twelvemonth with the new pump.
But I can empathize their position. If they were to offer any advice other than mill service then there could be warranty and liability issues.
If nothing works and then it may be necessary to tow information technology on a flat bed truck.
There is a facility in Tucson on their website. Have you lot chosen them?

LCI confirms your trouble is the Blocking valves. Either defective or they are NOT closed as the LIP Sheet link I sent yous shows. Doug

OP, I certainly appreciate your dilemma and felt the aforementioned until I got the slide in and could travel.

If nix works then it may be necessary to tow information technology on a apartment bed truck.
In that location is a facility in Tucson on their website. Take you chosen them?

It has been a long fourth dimension since I posted basically the same problem. Guess what, I nonetheless accept the trouble. My forepart jacks will drop while hooked upwards for travel, only will hold the camper up while parked. I have spent considerable money to take it repaired, merely none of information technology has worked. They replaced the solenoid valve - it didn't solve the problem. Several calls to Lippert resulted in instructions to determine leak down of the cylinders. Apparently, there is one or both of the cylinders on mine that leak down and they will tend to equalize when no pressure is applied. It can be found at their site as well equally a wealth of additional information here. I informed the so called repairmen of the process recommended past Lippert and was rebuffed. I thought it was fixed afterwards one trip to the shop, so I departed Newton, AL and drove to Denton, TX. At each stop, I would accept to run the jacks back upwards. While crossing the TX-LA land line coming back from TX, I was alerted by a passing commuter that I had a problem with my jacks. I immediately pulled over just to find that both jacks were dragging the pavement (plain sending sparks flying). I ran the jacks back up and proceeded to a campground where I spent an extra day drilling a pigsty through each leg and putting a commodities through. That stopped them from dropping, but is a pain when I put up for the night and leave the next morning time. Approximate what. They yet aren't fixed.

For both your and the OP's problem-----Go to your Pump/Valves compartment. Discover the Greyness wire going to a hydraulic solenoid. THAT solenoid is the solenoid that controls fluid to the FRONT landing jacks. THAT solenoid is the problem. It needs replaced. I called information technology a
Blocking Valve in a previous mail service, THAT was wrong. This solenoid is not really chosen a Blocking valve. It is the gateway IN & OUT for all fluid to the front Landing Leg cylinders. IF information technology is defective then fluid will seep back and forth. There are 4 solenoids----three Blocking Valves and the fourth is this solenoid. Doug
Got a Crossroads 5th in that has this system. The Blocking Valve solenoid is mounted on the RF Landing gear at the elevation. This is where the Gray wire goes. That valve has the Allen wrench screw to release and reset. THIS Solenoid is your problem. Have someone bank check the Allen screw to make sure it is closed.
